Album

Only Revolutions is the fifth studio album by Scottish alternative rock band Biffy Clyro, released 9 November 2009 on 14th Floor Records. As with its predecessor, Puzzle, the album was produced by Garth Richardson. Upon release, Only Revolutions was a critical and commercial success. The album entered at 8 on the UK Album Chart and was then certified gold by the BPI shortly afterwards. It was certified platinum by the BPI in June 2010 for shipments of 300,000 copies in the UK, making it the band's. Various Two Revolutions. 레이블: 720 Degrees 720LP001. Serious album this one. Many great tracks abound in this mix from 720, among some of the highlights are Seba's Lost key, The Future Engineers have a track on the first disc called Organism, sample this. The track is magnificent work from two artists I would expect nothing else from. The second disc has much to speak for itself, Blu Mar Ten making two appearances, Osaka is a definite highlight. Blame's Sphere is like the album representing track, while maybe not the best in my opinion it sums up Blame nicely for his style. Lastly Blu Mar Ten's Butterflies and Moth's. Various Artists. Good comp but all about A&P, 'Two Thousand' is rather good to say the least. It's got Reinforced written all over it. Plenty of focus on the drums, nice ambient samples throughout that don't detract from the flow, and real growler of a an 808 bass. Break into strings and off again, bosh.
Stick Stick
Worth buying for the Seba remx of Sphere alone. All other tunes equally strong, especially Alaska and Paradox's Two Thousand, which sounds ever better as time progresses. 5/5 all the way.

TWO REVOLUTIONS
After steadily building a reputation for breaking some of the most innovative drum and bass around, Blame's 720° imprint presents a killer collection of tunes past, present and future, expertly blended by the man himself.

Revolution one ...
... is the visionary material forming the future of 720°. Ethereal and electrifying, revolution one is a no compromise journey into pure innovation, initiated by the pulsing hook of Odyssey's 'Nextgen'. New tracks from the Future Engineers, Alaska & Paradox and Pariah, amongst others, kick and glide through the mix, sliced to perfection with a diamond-hard edge. Morphing from the tech-funk bass of 'Bypass', the spine-tingling adrenaline of 'Momentum' and the sumptuous subs of 'Two Thousand', to the reverse beats and ever-weaving layers of 'Sphere' (Seba remix); the three-beat effervescence of 'Catharsis' and Miguel B & Odyssey's 'Ellegua', where live percussion meets acute rhythm programming. With tight mixing keeping the adrenaline flowing, the first revolution is a mind-twisting collection of true beats for the soul ...

Revolution two ...
... is the past and present, a high octane blend of 720°'s finest releases to date. The unstoppable analogue bass of Blu Mar Ten's 'Osaka' introduces a sublime mix of sharp rhythms, interstellar hooks and aqueous melodies. Aural Imbalance show off stabs of mechanical bass alongside the shimmering melody and crystalline rhythms of Pariah's 'Catalyst', the incandescent beauty of Odyssey's 'Expressions' and the space-age, anthemic 'Alpha:7'. Transcendental filtered waves of sound come courtesy of 'Object', alongside the incendiary beats and radiant atmospherics of 'The Nautilus'. 720°'s first release, Blame's 'Cuban Lynx', marks the peak of revolution two, with its charged rhythms and reversed hook ...

Future-bound musicality at its finest, Two Revolutions is testament to the vision of 720° so far - breaking boundaries to produce dynamic, life-affirming drum and bass, straight out of the sci-fi space league.
Watch those sparks fly ...
