Death Grips - Year of the Snitch Full Album - Продолжительность: 37:13. Death Grips - You might think he loves you for your money but I know what he. Язык: Русский. Страна: США. No Love Deep Web - Death Grips. Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей коллекцией. NO LOVE DEEP WEB stylized as NØ LØV DP WB is the second studio album released by Death Grips. This one having a more abrasive sound and harsher lyrics than its predecessor. The album received a great deal of media controversy for its album cover of Zach Hills penis, resulting in the below alternative being made available. No love deep web q&a. No Love Deep Web stylized as NØ LØV DP WB or simply NO LOVE DEEP WEB is the second studio album by Death Grips. It was leaked by the band on October 1, 2012, due to complications with Epic Records regarding its release date. After the band was dropped by Epic, the album was made available for purchase via Harvest and Third Worlds Records. The original cover of the album caused a lot of media controversy. The cover was a photo of band member Zach Hill's erect penis with the album title written. Album 2013 13 Songs. Where previous albums showcased Death Grips dense productions, this time the trio strip their sound to its barest essentials. Come Up and Get Me and No Love are skeletal monstrosities built from subterranean boom, technoid synths, and MC Rides tormented lyricism and gory acrobatics. The group also increase their reliance on programmed drums as opposed to Zach Hills live drumming. Vinyl November 19, 2013. Verified Purchase. Probably my favourite death grips release to date - abrasive beats with an air of experimentalism throughout. MC Ride's lyrics are stellar in NLDW and create imagery unparalleled by other music artists today. Comes in a striking black oversleeve with 'no love deep web' printed on it to hide the explicit cover, the sound quality is what you'd expect from vinyl. tldr: great album, sounds great, fantastic price some versions of NLDW are 500 on some record trading sites Read more. The 13 tracks on NO LOVE DEEP WEB thrive on paranoia and aggression, feelings threaded together by the sense that everything could be ending right now. For the second time this year, Death Grips have released a record that's both ruthless and rewarding. Shirtless so as to expose the web of tattoos on his body, Death Grips frontman MC Ride stands with his back to the camera, his middle fingers foisted high and a cigarette tucked into his left hand. But he's balancing on a balcony, high up in what appears to be a rather well-furbished neighborhood, his toes hanging just over the ledge. As far as the argument over whether Death Grips are indie rap's great, destructive Dada Art crew or whether they are just the genre's Spinal Tap, the excellent No Love Deep Web suggests they're the sophisticated former, even when the album's title is written on an erect penis for all the world to see. Hip-Hop Experimental Noise. Death Grips. Songs in album Death Grips - No Love Deep Web 2012. Death Grips - Come Up And Get Me. Death Grips - Lil' Boy. Death Grips - No Love. Death Grips - Black Dice. Death Grips - World Of Dogs. Death Grips - Lock Your Doors. Death Grips - Whammy. Every album cover has its own meaning and relationship with the music. but when I think about No Love Deep Web's big white dick. how do I put this It seems like it was less an album cover and more of a FUCK YOU to the label and everything that was going on at the time. Don't get me wrong, I actually think the cover is badass, artistic, striking, beautiful, adjective. but would it be the same cover used if they had a vanilla album release Without the label shinanigans

Just bought this 2 weeks ago from a local record store in sac. Sealed still but bottom left corner was creased which was a bummer, but awesome nevertheless!

So what's an actual selling price for a sealed copy? I ordered one of these when they released but never actually bought a record player lmao. Just been chillin ever since, still sealed in the original black cover.

The "original" wasn't in a black cover. It's a different pressing. They're easy to get

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say there's probably 100-ish of these in the world, given only 10 have ever been sold on here (and outside of Discogs I've yet to see any sell)? Does anyone have an actual statistic?

I feel like most people either A) Wouldnt wanna sell a super rare DG album unless they absolutely need money or B) Forgot they own it

Just FYI, if anybody's looking for the Pirates Press edition, please be sure you're getting the correct edition. Harvest copies are hitting the streets, and some people are listing them here. The PP edition doesn't come in a black sleeve and has neither the Harvest nor the Third Worlds logos printed on them. The records are also a different pressing, although that's obviously hard to confirm if you're buying a sealed copy. ;)

A large portion of the Harvest NLDW are the same master as the originals (same defects in the runout) but the labels and outer sleeves have Harvest labels.

Interesting. I wonder if perhaps there are separate U.S. and European pressings? The person who reported on theirs said it was from GZ Vinyl and had the following etchings.113442E1/{A,B}3753177-{A,B}

Hello. Regarding the various rumors floating around, here are some thoughts.-The Amazon sellout doesn't mean dick (hur hur). There's no way that the label would sell exclusively through Amazon. What probably happened is that Amazon decided to pre-order X number of copies. Those are sold out. Maybe they'll try to get more. Don't freak out.-Whether or not the current vinyl will be worthless is up in the air, but doubtful. First, it's a collector's item, no matter what. Second, as mentioned above, this will almost certainly be available to other retailers, including brick-and-mortar shops. Do you really think Harvest will ship them something that, in theory, could get them and/or the shop owners busted by the cops for violating local obscenity laws? In the best case scenario, the Harvest edition will have some sort of sleeve over the dick pic, or will place the pic inside the outer sleeve, or do something similar to the "body bag" edition of Big Black's "Headache" EP. Worst case scenario, the dick will be left out entirely. In that case, you'd better believe the current edition will be desirable.-Will the Harvest edition sound better? Depends on if they're working from the master recordings and if it's actually mastered.-In all likelihood, many of these copies are being sold by the band. It's no secret that many bands do things like scalp tickets to their own shows. (Granted, this is mostly arena acts like Van Galen.) Why not press a few copies and flip them on eBay?-I'm not sure I buy the stories that these were bought at shows. Seriously, nobody thought to buy two and flip one on eBay last year, even once the band retweeted the infamous "$150 for 'Exmilitary' " tweet? Impossible. That's all I have to say. :) Later.

You were right about the sleeve over the Vinyl, except of course it's an envelope in the final version.

Lol ... Just like everything in life ... Someone else decides whether or not something is good or of value ... :) I personally think it will be worth something ... It is still the original press and quite a story to go along with it ...
Bladecliff Bladecliff"The small print reads, "Warning: Contains graphic imagery which may be offensive to some people," suggesting the original art might be inside."Looks like a compromise for all involved. This means the current edition will still be a collector's item. Whether or not it's worth hundreds of dollars is now up to you, dear reader. ;)

It's not misleading. People here and on Reddit got whipped up into a frenzy and assumed Amazon would be selling 1000 copies. Amazon probably just copied and pasted a description given to them by Harvest. Who knows, maybe Harvest will change their minds and press more copies based on demand. This wouldn't be the first time, nor the millionth, where a "limited" item suddenly isn't as limited due to heavy demand. The second pressing might come out next year, due to the long turnaround time when pressing vinyl (another reason I don't believe this was available last year), but it'll come. Harvest wants to make money, and they'll only press as many copies as they think they can sell, like any other label or band. If there's an instant sellout, I'm sure more copies will come.

The editorial description for this on Amazon was "limited to 1000 copies". I highly doubt this means that Amazon only ordered 1000 copies to sell. If so, that description is extremely misleading, no?
Rigiot Rigiot
Ah, I didn't see the artwork when I ordered my copy. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. They could bag it, but it'd be cheaper and less riskier to just leave the pic out. I don't seriously believe this would be "Frankenchrist" Part Deux, but I'm not running the label. :)In any event, people should stay calm. More copies will show up elsewhere as the release date draws near. Amazon just happened to put it up for pre-order first. They usually do that.
I think they are going to black bag it just like Amazon shows with the white label at the top.
Shalizel Shalizel
I'm so confused, it's no longer available on Amazon? All I want is a physical copy of this album...
Vathennece Vathennece
Try I was able to pre-order a copy from them.
Thetalune Thetalune
it's sold out. it was limited to 1000 copies
Onaxan Onaxan
if you are sane don't buy these pirate press ones, sure they are the original but they are reissuing it for like 21 dollars, and it'll probably be of good quality
Rocksmith Rocksmith
According to Amazon it is to be released on Harvest Nov 19th ... The releases thus far have been on Pirates Press ... I am confused ... Is the pirates press the official release or the bootleg ...
Saberdragon Saberdragon
PIRATES PRESS is the pressing plant that pressed the records. Not a label. I am assuming these copies that are floating around now were self funded/self released by the band and the information on this listing should probably be changed. I can only assume that the first wave of these is "sold out" and the November release is going to be a second pressing because if they had the records now why would they put up a Pre-Order with a release date thats 2 months away? BUT THEN AGAIN Death Grips are pretty good at taking the unconventional road when it comes to doing things so who knows??? All i know is that none of these are bootlegs. I'm sure Pirates Press wouldn't press bootlegs and stamp thier name on it. Regardless of the suggestive name lol
spark spark
I need this. To breath.
Xwnaydan Xwnaydan
this is bullshit, I want it....
Gabar Gabar
I spoke to a few people about it ... I was told that they were pressed by the band and sold at some of their shows back in 2012 ... They apparently ditched some lp's at one gig and a few made it into some record shops in NY ... Any, more info is appreciated ...

I have no idea how many of these were made, but it does exist. I opened it and played it, just to make sure because I had never seen one before. I don't know if it is 180 gram or not, but it is solid and it sounds good.
